Summary: Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less.

Summary: Very nice hotel , great amenities. We enjoyed the private spa and the cozy room with balcony. BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am. The mattress was also a little on the soft side. I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

Summary: We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else was only a short metro ride away. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They happily provided ice for our drinks in the evenings, and we appreciated being able to connect our Netflix account to the TV in our room. The rooms were small but very clean, which we understand is normal for Paris. One of the highlights was the private pool area. Each day we could book a time slot for the small pool in its own room, with a steam room and sauna just outside, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for the great location, friendly service, and relaxing amenities.

Summary: Everything was so perfect!! The location was ideal. Super close to cafe and dinning out. The subway was a minute walk away, which can take you directly to the Eiffel Tower. 10 mins walk to Gallery Lafitte. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a win win. Don’t hesitate to book!! Oh did I mention it’s quite modern. 10/10

Summary: My stay was very comfortable and the staff professional. For a solo trip the room was perfect. In terms of location, the hotel is close to everything with metro near by.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful remodeled at the beginning of the year and was absolutely beautiful! Victor, Ryan and Iurii were so amazing, the best hospitality, so kind and helpful! Victor printed out directions and walked me through how to use the metro. Great option for a solo traveler!
